Maciej's passion for fitness developed when he studied a classic system of Chinese Kung Fu in 2005. This taught him the necessity of flexibility, conditioning and strengthening different parts of the body to improve all-around health.
Combining his study and love of exercise with a desire to teach, he has been a professional fitness instructor and rehab trainer for nearly 15 years.
His comprehensive skill set, professional qualifications and personalised approach ensure clients achieve excellent results.
ZUZANA GROSS - YOGA TEACHER
With her spiritual awareness and background in classical and contemporary dance, it seemed like a natural path for Zuzana to begin her Yoga practice. After exploring different styles of Yoga for over fifteen years, she decided to change her career and become a Yoga teacher. She completed her teacher training at Sivananda ashram in Madurai in March 2013.
For the last three years her main focus was on studying and practising Iyengar Yoga. Her passion for this style of yoga grew over the course of her pregnancy and early motherhood in 2015. She found that Iyengar yoga practice was invaluable for aligning body and mind and for emotional balance during pregnancy, labour and through the postnatal transition.
