Our Yoga personal ot partner-up sessions offer the opportunity to practise Yoga in a way that is individual to you. It’s a great way to start, deepen or come back to your yoga practice. The teacher will watch you closely, correct alignment and ensure you are doing what is best for your body.

The Functional Movement Screen is a quick and easy way to assess your fundamental movement. If you begin training with a baseline of a poor quality movement, the risk for injury is significantly increased. However, if you correct it with a methodical corrective exercise strategy prior to your training, it will be significantly reduced.
